Are you from a Sales / Commercial Management background looking to play a vital part in a rapidly growing Automotive Equipment and Workwear manufacturer, where you will be given full autonomy to manage the sales function, combined with a profit related bonus which you are in direct control of achieving all whilst furthering your career in an exciting company?

Established for over 70 years, this company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of promotional products sold into the automotive, leisure and retail sectors. Due to continued expansion they are looking for a Sales / Commercial Manager to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for developing B2B relationships and driving sales targets across the whole group, ensuring divisions are working together effectively to consistently exceed expectations. You will be required to maintain relationships with existing customers, and develop new business, playing a huge role in the future success of the group.

The Role:
* Develop, maintain, improve relationship with new and existing clients
* Manage sales and sales team across a group
