PE Teacher

We are currently recruiting for a PE teacher to join our team on a full-time basis You will be teaching  PE to both KS3 and KS4. You will be expected to teach both practical and theoretical lessons, including supporting students with their chosen sports for end of year GCSE examinations.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher who can pass on their passion for sports to their students and keep them engaged and motivated throughout.

The school

The school is a large co-educational secondary school based in Oldham OL4. You will be joining a supportive team of 5 other PE teachers in order to deliver lessons to all year groups from year 7 to 11. The school are happy to accept applications from both well experienced teachers and ECT’s who are looking to develop their skillset.

Requirements

QTS or equivalent
Previous experience teaching PE
Subject to clearance of a child-only DBS certificate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
