Sales and Compliance Manager

Berry Recruitment is Hiring! We require a Sales and Compliance Manager to join our team in Oxford!

This new role is an exciting opportunity manage an existing sales and customer service team in the insurance sector. You would oversee workflow management, develop and coach your team to provide a first-class customer service and sales experience. You would play a crucial part in developing and executing strategic growth plans alongside the Partners to achieve business success.

Salary: £35,000-£40,000

Location: Oxford

Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30-1700

Start date: Immediate

About the role:

As a Sales and Compliance Manager your responsibilities will include:

Manage office workload and oversee the processing of work generated from various teams - including sales, renewals, and claims
Develop and execute Sales Plans alongside the Partners and team.
You will need to identify opportunities to deliver results quickly and consistently.
You will be targeted on the team's performance in all KPI areas and will need to report to the Partners.
Utilise the team effectively to ensure that sales activity meets the requirement in any one week, month or quarter.
Manage staff absence & holiday rotas keeping compliant records.
Conduct performance reviews weekly/monthly with all team members and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
Conduct compliance checks and audits and produce plans to correct any under performance.
Manage the agencies training and competency for all staff members and conduct file checks to a compliant standard.
You will need to identify opportunities to deliver results quickly and consistently.

About you as the Sales and Compliance Manager:

You can develop and maintain excellent client/stakeholder relationship management skills
Previous experience within a financial services/insurance/banking background is desirable
