Are you looking for your next role in Finance? Our client is looking for a Finance Officer to join their growing team in Whiteley on a 12 month FTC.
Key responsibilities:

Monitoring the accounts payable inbox, to ensure supplier invoices are entered into the financial system on a daily basis.
Assist with entering authorised payments from Accounts Payable into the RBSI EQ payments system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Process credit card expense forms into the Accounts Payable module and liaising with credit card holders with any queries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Assist with the accounts receivable when necessary by preparing/updating and helping with any internal queries that may arise from the client facing teams.
Provide support to the Finance Manager in preparing the VAT Returns, regulatory fees, posting client recharges, journal entries and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills/experience:

Previous Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience is required 
Strong administration and organisation skills are essential
Computer literacy skills and familiarity with payment systems 
Good attention to detail and accuracy
