Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our client's inclusive and thriving team. This full-time role is based in Lichfield and offers an attractive salary and benefits.
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will use your Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement experience to contribute to the building of the plant and departmental improvement plans. You will also support the management team in the application of CI methodologies and tools through your active participation on the shopfloor.

Provide training and coaching to plant personnel
Ensure the correct daily usage of company CI standards
Ensure standards are used
Transfer your knowledge and experience to plant personnel through shopfloor improvement activities.
