Responsibilities:
Develop and architect the core AI and machine learning systems that power the company's healthcare SaaS platform
Design and implement highly scalable and robust software infrastructure to support the AI and SaaS components
Lead and mentor a team of exceptional engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a co-founder and CTO of at least one successful startup, with a track record of building and scaling AI-powered products from the ground up
Extensive expertise in AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, with a strong understanding of their applications in the healthcare domain
Deep knowledge of cloud computing, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java, as well as relevant frameworks and tools
Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Desired Qualifications:
Current or recent experience as a Level 5 or Level 6 engineer at a FAANG company (Google, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, or Meta)
Expertise in building and deploying AI and machine learning models at scale in a production environment
Experience with healthcare data and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
Hands-on experience with SaaS development and deployment pipelines
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
