Job Description
Your Impact to the role:
Build and maintain a competitive total rewards strategy, including benefits, incentives, & partner on recognitions programs, which motivate performance, are fiscally responsible, and support the culture & attraction and retention of high performing talent
Develop compensation policies and procedures to provide consistency and governance, and analyze and monitor results including annual total rewards process, off-cycle processes and other performance and compensation-related changes in support of the strategic plan
Provide advice to fresh Leadership on various compensation matters such as salary management and annual merit processes, sales compensation design and job design
Oversee the communication and education of Total Rewards Programs to ensure understanding by employees
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits offerings, partner on any open enrollment and applicable programming
Manage the budgeting/forecasting function for HQ & the North America Market as the HR ‘FP&A’ Head; manage staff costs and HR & Office Experience Department budgets
Work with finance and local markets for oversight of our global markets’ headcount and staff costs
Manage HR FP&A Manager and work closely with Talent Acquisition to benchmark positions and develop competitive total reward packages including base, long-term equity, and variable compensation

Build strong reputation and trust among the leadership team and the larger fresh workforce
