They are seeking an experienced, passionate, and sales-oriented Ship Chartering and Agency Manager to lead and grow the business in line with targets.

Developing and delivering planned marketing activity.
Generating new business sales.
Managing and delivering operational performance.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience.
Very good shipbroker knowledge.
Ships Agency/Stevedoring/Cranes knowledge advantage.
Oversee logistics dept/cover colleagues when needed.
Good communication skills in writing etc.
Salary & benefits package
£40 to £50K pa, dependent on experience, plus timely bonuses based on success.
This is a Full Time Commitment Position.
Results based Bonus Structure commensurate with results.
