  • Mission

The HR Specialist advises and assists employees on human resources policies and procedures for efficient execution of internal processes.

The HR Specialist coordinates employee engagement activities and events including health and wellness, recruitment, employee recognition, and professional development.


Aufgaben
  • HR Support:
    • Responds to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters in accordance with company policies and legal regulation.
    • Handles administrative and operative tasks such as employee records, personal information, employment history and benefits enrollment in the HRIS or other software and personal file.
    • Supports in the performance Management program, training & development initiatives, follow up, reports.

  • Recruiting:
    • Maintains the manpower list.
    • Keeps it up to date and prepares regular reports to HR HQ.
    • Communicates with hiring managers, posts job ads, and communicates with recruiters.
    • Supports in the pre-boarding and onboarding process.

  • On/Off boarding:
    • Assists in the administration of HR processes within an HR onboarding training session.

  • HRIS Administration:
    • Generates reports and analyses data as needed to support HR.

  • Payroll:
    • Monthly payroll closing and preparation of HR reports.
    • Collaborates with Accounting and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
    • Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies from employees in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assists with benefits administration tasks (bAV/VWL/VL), such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    • Reporting; Ensure accurate reporting of requested personnel data

  • Compliance:
    • Ensures compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Conducts audits of HR records and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensures compliance.
    • Supports to draft edits HR related guidelines, policies and procedures.
    • Stays informed about changes in legislation and regulatory requirements affecting HR operations.
  • Employee Relations / Communication:
    • Support employees with their requirements(HRIS Ticket system) such as time management, certificates, etc.
    • Assists in drafting and disseminating internal HR communications and the coordination of HR-related events and initiatives.
    • Collaborates with other departments such as BS, Accounting, Finance, etc.
  • GA/Business Support:
    • Supports in Administrative tasks and related Business support such as Subcontractor Administration (related to BS subcontractors), Contract management (related to BS subcontractors, Ensuring IT equipment is available on time for newcomers), Supports in the ISO Audit.

Profil
  • Bachelor's degree with Major in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Successfully completed an Apprenticeship in the administrative field with 3-5 years of work experience in HR operations and Administration.
  • Planning and organizing, excellent knowledge of the Austrian Labor Law, problem solving, principal compliance, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, fluent English and German,
