As a part-time Specialist in our team People Data Reporting Service, you will take the lead in managing the annual preparation, execution and review of BASF's global personnel planning campaign, including data collection and validation. Furthermore, you analyze and evaluate a wide range of data, including data from HR systems (e.g. HRBW, SAP-HR) and controlling systems (e.g. COINS, Cobalt), making sure that we comply with legal guidelines and corporate standards.

  • You will handle data collection as well as steer the quality assurance process with state-of-the-art tools, ensuring that predefined timelines by Corporate Governance units are being met.
  • The global contact management to BASF group companies and sites as well as user management and administration belong to your spectrum of work.
  • You will train and consult participants on global reporting campaigns in terms of data handling.
  • With an outstanding service mindset, you will advise HR business partners and leaders within your area of competence.
  • degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or similar relevant fields
  • professional experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance or Controlling
  • in-depth knowledge and understanding of reporting processes as well as HR processes
  • effective communication skills, a committed service mindset and a high degree of self-organization
  • fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written skills; additional languages are an asset
  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 45.000 - 58.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
  • Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.
