As the Assistant Merchandiser:
Supporting your merchandiser with the day to day of reporting
Stand in for your merchandiser when they are out of office
Responsibility to own a category or areas
Building and managing range plans and other delivery tools
monitoring and managing stock levels
Proposing solutions for stock transfers, phasing or cancellations
Overseeing the critical path and delivery schedule with the wider team
Understanding store plans and store grading: desired, not essential
Reviewing seasonal and seasonal buys, including seasonality, stock plans
Trade your areas efficiently
forecast and plan new buys or repeats based on historic data, cover and committed stock value
Review and action promotions and mark downs
