Senior Planner opportunity with a midlands based main contractor to work on tenders and live D&B projects valued in excess of £10 Million across public and private sector clients.

The company
The role is with one of the most respected midlands based main contractors who have an excellent reputation with clients, employees and their supply chain. The business has a turnover in excess of £1 Billion and has grown consistently since being established several decades ago and have a secure pipeline of work stretching well into 2024 and beyond.
Principally operating as a Design & Build contractor they have particularly strong relationships with a broad range of public and private sector clients. Their projects are typically valued in excess of £20 Million and from their midlands offices they cover both the east and west midlands regions.
The Role
As Senior Planner the role involves overseeing the planning of projects at tender, pre-construction and project delivery stages and will report to the Regional Planning Manager. Experience of planning and programming for a main contractor who undertake projects in excess of £10 Million is essential and relevant construction qualification at HNC level or above is preferred.
