Mechanical Estimator - Cheshire
£45000-£55000 + Benefits
Building Services Consultancy with offices in Cheshire are actively looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their building services division working on project tenders in the North-West. This is the perfect opportunity for a sole trader looking to go permanent but find a company that can harness your broad skill set.
The projects will be a mixture of commercial and domestic sites with a typical value up to £100,000 so the successful Mechanical Estimator will need to be highly organised and be confident working to business deadlines as the workload does provide an exciting challenging opportunity where no one day is the same.
To apply the Estimator MUST be from the mechanical sector and be experienced in site work, liaising with supplies and third-party contractors. Office based, hybrid working is available once integrated into the business and the opportunity to progress, expanding your career skill set.
Skills required
4+ years' experience in mechanical estimating
Previous 'on the tools' experience beneficial including industry recognised qualifications.
Full driving license.
Strong people skills demonstrating the ability to work tight project deadlines and will minimal supervision where required.
People management skills and helping to progress Junior Estimators beneficial.
