Job Summary:
My client are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for steel construction projects, including materials, labour, and other associated costs.
Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and measurements from project drawings and specifications.
Analyse project requirements, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to develop comprehensive cost plans and budgets.
Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying variances and implementing cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget.Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the steel construction industry.
