Experienced third party Credit Hire Claims Handler
Harvey McQueen are extremely pleased to be recruiting for an experienced third party Credit Hire Claims Handler, to join their fast growing organisation. This exciting opportunity would be perfect for someone who already has a minimum six months experience of working in Personal Injury Claims. The position is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.

* Salary from £24k is negotiable depending on experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handle First Notification Motor Claims Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
* Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities
* Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
* Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
* Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
* Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all time
KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience working in a customer service and business administration environment.
* Experience of working in Motor Claims and/or insurance background
* Active Listener, build relationships
* GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent e.g. NVQ Level 2) to include English and Maths.
* CII Certificate of Insurance or willing to work towards ( supported by the Company )
* PC Literate – for example experience of MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
