HR Administrator (onsite)
Cudham, Kent (easily commutable by car from Sevenoaks, Knockholt, Westerham, Orpington, Tonbridge and surrounding areas) Not accessible via public transport
ICE Services Group is rapidly expanding and the company now has an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our existing HR team based at our Headoffice in Kent. You will be a hardworking, friendly and organised individual, looking to expand and grow your HR career.
This role will provide support in all stages of the employee life cycle, with responsibility for preparing documents, maintaining employee records, and ensuring that employees and managers receive adequate support in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements. With a keen eye for detail and the ability to work at pace, the HR Administrator supports all HR administration processes. If you have exposure to and knowledge of Health & Safety legislation you will stand out from the crowd.
Key Responsiblities include:
* To assist with the recruitment of permanent and temporary employees across all departments within the business.
* Ensure all employees have the right to work in the UK, ensuring correct paperwork is processed and expiry dates are monitored.
* Assist with monthly payroll procedures.
* Assisting the Head of HR with monitoring absences and working with the Managers to resolve any issues.
* Provide basic advice on policies, procedures and benefit schemes.
* Maintain the HR Information System (Citation) and electronic filing system to ensure employee records are up to date.
* Assisting with Health and Safety Administration to ensure compliance within the business.
You will have a meticulous attention to detail, be pro-active and well-organised. Experienced in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams) and HRIS databases or similar. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or at least CIPD Level 3 qualification. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
