We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Partner to actively partner with the key stakeholder responsible for the Sales team within my client's business. This role requires an HR expert who is has a generalist background competent independently dealing with business as usual HR tasks, (recruitment, reviews, performance, grievances, onboarding.

However, there will also be several business-critical HR projects which will require continual involvement alongside a dedicated focus upon Learning and Development.

Length - Permanent

Salary - £70,000 - £75,000 DOE - Plus Bonus

Location - North London - 3 days in the office / 2 from home

Monday - Friday

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

Actively partner with key stakeholders responsible for the Sales team to understand their HR needs and challenges.
Provide HR expertise and guidance to the Sales team on various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee reviews, grievances, and onboarding.
Independently handle day-to-day HR tasks and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement HR initiatives and programs tailored to the Sales team's needs.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and propose proactive solutions to improve HR operations within the Sales team.
Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales team leaders, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices to support the Sales team's success and overall business objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, employing creative strategies to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
Address current and future talent needs through diverse recruitment methods.
Develop talent enhancement programs to enrich skills, knowledge, and career paths for employees.
Establish feedback and coaching frameworks to aid line managers in evaluating individual performance and behaviours.PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
CIPD) MCIPD or Chartered FCIPD status (preferred), CIPD-accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree in HR management or related fields.
Degree educated.
Learning and Development experience
Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships.
Strong prioritisation abilities.
Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced and growing organisation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing HR functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement and innovation.
