Data Analyst / Information Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Telecoms Analyst / (Telephony – VoIP, IVR systems). 

NB: Due to Security vetting requirements, candidates must be have lived in the UK for 3 consecutive years and have British citizenship, or pre-settled or settled-status.

The position needs someone with a technical mindset; the client would ideally like someone to have a working understanding of Telco - VoIP and IVR - but training can be given.

Using various tools, you’ll be connecting to the client’s systems (speech-related products), extracting, analysing and investigate their data. 

You’ll then be responsible for a range of reporting processes: creating and compiling reports for various stakeholders, mostly their extensive client base which consists of some household names. Analysing call stats / data, data cleansing, highlighting issues, making recommendations, helping improve services and general efficiency.

It needs someone to have worked in a technical, customer-facing role with data / information analyst abilities, understanding data models and database design.

Very much a proactive, autonomous role.  There’s a lot of scope with the job to really ‘own’ this position for the future!
