Blue Arrow are actively recruiting experienced chefs who are ready for a new challenge. Are you looking for some flexible work that fits around your personal life? We are looking for confident DBS chefs of ALL LEVELS who have good knowledge of basic food preparation, and experience of cooking dishes to order during service, you'll be ready for more responsibility and to take charge of your own section.
General skills
* A flair, passion, and a love of food
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to delegate tasks appropriately
Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines: school kitchens & care homes preferred.
Essential:
* Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
* City & Guilds 706/1 or 706/2 in Catering
* NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
* Minimum 1 year's relevant experience
