Cover Supervisor

Pay Rate: £85 - £120 per day
GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for an adaptable and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic school in Lincoln. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of £85 - £120 per day, starting in September.
Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during teacher absences.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support students in completing their work.
Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity in the curriculum.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong classroom management skills.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
