Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of bearing technologies. Due to the continues growth within the company, they are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the team in the Lincoln area. The chosen candidate will be involved at all stages of the manufacturing process, monitoring and improving the areas under their control.
Key Responsibilities – Manufacturing Engineer
Problem solving to ensure production can carry on.
Root, Cause, Corrective Action (RCCA).
5 Why’s
Process audits.
Statistical Analysis.
Process Improvements - Scrap / Rework / Downtime / Productivity.
Creating and maintaining documentation & specifications
Training / validation.
Liaising with suppliers / sub-contractor.
Qualifications & Experience – Operations Administrator.
