Role: Production Operative
Hours: Monday to Thursday / (Apply online only) : Friday (Apply online only)
Pay: £23,000 - £26,000 p/a)
Locations: Wellingborough
Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Operative on a permanent basis for their trusted client in Wellingborough.
This role will involve:
- Loading & operating machines
- Packing & assembly of products ready for colleagues to continue work on, or for dispatch (some lifting involved).
- Use of pump trucks to move pallets then wrapping/stacking & preparing for dispatch.
The successful candidate must:
- Be fit & able as work can be physical depending on where you are working on the production.
- Be able to work to client deadlines.
- Be able to work well as part of a team & independently
- Ability to use hand tools
- Abiltiy to read and interpret instruction Sheets
- Ability to operate multi-function machinery
Requirements for the candidate
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with team members
- Flexible approach and willingness to learn new abilities
