What You Will Enjoy Doing
" Store Leadership: Take the reins in running and growing the stores, networking with others, learning, and developing, all while promoting my client's brand and values within the community.
" Sales Success: Drive the store's success by ensuring it meets its sales targets through national promotions and other activities.
" Team Leadership: Lead a hardworking and close-knit team, setting the standard and taking pride in your team's achievements and the store's performance.
" Safety Champion: Promote a safety-first environment, ensuring safe practices are followed, and assist the store manager with any internal tasks.
" Innovation and Improvement: Introduce new ideas and improvements to the store.
" Hands-On Role: Handle manual tasks and forklift driving with full training and necessary equipment provided.
" Travel Requirement: Cover the Basildon, Enfield, and Ipswich stores, traveling to these locations as needed.
