Deputy Manager (Children's Residential Home)

Eden Brown Synergy has an exciting new opportunity for Deputy Manager for a new children's provision.

The Deputy Manager would need to meet the following Requirements:

Relevant NVQ Level 3/4 or 5 Management qualification required
Previous experience in a similar role as a Deputy Manager (children's home environment), Senior Residential Support Worker | Team Leader with experience supervising shifts, and staff
Previous experience assisting with Ofsted preparation, maintaining health & safety procedures, promoting development and well-being of children and young people, implement and review placement plans, maintaining daily routines,
Strong leadership and reporting skills
Specialist knowledge of Children Act 1989, children's rights, Children's Home Regulations 2015, Care Standards Act 2000 , Safeguarding children's proceduresEden Brown Synergy is an equal opportunities employer.
