We are currently recruiting Team Leaders for a packing facility in the Paddock Wood area who are looking to add some additional members to the team to their busy operation.
Duties include: -
· running teams of packing / goods in operatives
· Ensuring paperwork is complete for staff and products
· Helping and working with the team
· Working with management to improve productivity
· Monitoring KPI’s
· Checking Products
What do we need from you?
· Ability to work as part of a large team.
· Previous team leader experience
· A can do attitude
· Understanding of health and safety
· KPI orientated
The Company offer:-
· 8am – 4:30pm
· £11.99 - 12.50 an hour depending on supervisor or team leader
· Immediate start
· 40 hours a week
· paid holiday
