Key Responsibilities:
* Address day-to-day client queries via phone and email.
* Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring their success with the company's software solutions.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and helping them maximize the software's value.
* Conduct engaging training sessions on various software packages to empower clients.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable.
* A genuine passion for technology and its business-transforming potential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
* Proactive approach to customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks with keen attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
* Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
* Familiarity with tech/software products and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
