Position Overview: Top Job are working with an established Landsaping business, who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project finances for their landscaping projects. From cost estimation and budget management to procurement and contract administration, you'll play a key role in ensuring the financial success of their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost estimation and budget management for landscaping projects.
Preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
Procurement coordination and supplier negotiation.
Risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder communication and project updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Proven experience in quantity surveying within landscaping or construction.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
