Our client, a well-established construction company, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Residential Site Manager to join their team. As a Residential Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of residential construction projects, particularly those involving Timber Frame builds. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Leading and motivating a skilled team of contractors, subcontractors, and tradespeople to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Managing health and safety compliance, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and site records.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of any concerns or issues.
Desirable Experience of a Site Manager:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong background in residential construction, specifically Timber Frame builds.
Sound knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects to the highest quality standards.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable but not essential.
