Staff Nurse Mental Health / Learning Disability
Location: Darlington, County Durham
Salary: Up to £37,227 per annum plus enhancements & £5000.00 welcome bonus
Hours: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Merco Medical have partnered with a leading Hospital that provides individualised treatment and care for up to 110 service users with mental health needs
in their search for top talent and their recruitment of a permanent, full time Staff Nurse Mental Health / Learning Disability based in Darlingon.
Position Overview:
As an experienced and motivated Staff Nurse Mental Health / Learning Disability you will join our dedicated team to deliver high quality, service users focussed care and engage in continuous quality improvement within the service, supporting the Group Nursing Strategy.
Key Requirements:
Registered nurse with active NMC PIN
Newly Qualified nurses welcomed as Preceptorship can be offered
Relevant clinical experience
A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
