Are you a Scrub Nurse on the hunt for a new challenge? We're on the lookout for an Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse to join a leading Eye Care specialist in Carlisle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art clinic, using the latest technologies to support a dynamic healthcare team,This role offers a salary between £33,000 - £41,000, negotiable based on experience. You'll enjoy working hours between 7.30 am – 5.30 pm, with a four-day work week.

As the Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse, you'll play a crucial part in:

Supporting Surgeons and the wider healthcare team in delivering various eye care procedures in theatre
Ensuring all staff members contribute to the efficient running of the hospital
Undertaking pre- and post-operative observations
Assisting with specialist procedures in the theatre roomThe ideal Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse candidate should have:

Current NMC PIN or HCPC Registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) / ODP Practitioner
Scrub experience in any discipline, preferably Ophthalmic
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
Passion for high-quality patient-centred care
Quick thinking and problem-solving skills under pressureLICLM
