Academics are looking for a specialised 1:1 Teaching Assistant, to aid a child with ASD/ADHD needs. The friendly and nurturing-focused school requires you to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until the end of the year.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will:
Have experience or an interest in supporting children with ASD / ADHD
Be confident with following a personalised, 1:1 curriculum
Be resilient, dedicated and reliable
Hold a EYFS Practitioner/ Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification (desirable)What you will do in your 1:1 Teaching Assistant role:
Promote the learning and personal development of a Year 4 child
Understand the specific ASD/ADHD needs
Support and assist the class teacher in classroom learning
