TeacherActive are excited to be working with a secondary school in Bolton who are looking for cover supervisors, on a day-to-day basis. The school are always looking to maintain a happy and safe environment to ensure students can thrive.
The successful Cover Supervisor should be determined to help students focus and stay on task, to ensure they develop the skills needed to achieve their ambitions. All lessons delivered should be engaging and capture students' attention. The Cover Supervisor should also have outstanding behaviour management skills to ensure they can control a class.
The successful applicant will have:
Experience working with Key Stage 3/KS3 and Key Stage 4/KS4
Outstanding classroom Management
The ability to create a warm and welcoming learning environment.
Excellent communication skills
