Our client is a renowned global consultancy that recently finalised an acquisition of a UK-based consultancy, primarily engaged in the public sector. The strategic move has not only enhanced the public sector services but also opened doors to new collaborations with industry giants like Apple and BMW in the UK markets.
The role will involve working with councils, NHS trusts, education, PFI projects and universities. It entails comprehensive project management from inception to completion including design briefing, preparing feasibility and outline proposal, produce detailed working drawings, specification, preparing tender documentation, tender analysis, appointment of contractor and contract administration. Recent projects have ranged in value and scale, including schools’ projects up to £1million, college projects up to £3million, university projects up to £2million and healthcare projects up to £500k.The client also deals with Neighbourly Matters and Expert Witnessing for PFI schemes.
In response to a surge in workload and in line with their expansion strategy, they are looking to strategically recruit a Senior Build Surveyor who is competent in running projects from inception to completion to their office in Liverpool. The bulk of the work would be project work and the work would be in Liverpool.
