This role will help us to do this by providing a professional administration support service for lettings and tenancy management. You’ll be responsible for delivering all key administrative duties for these functions, ensuring customers are receiving an excellent Customer Experience in line with our Customer Service Standards and offer.
Further to this you’ll support the Communities Team to achieve high levels of sustainable lettings and ensure customers sustain their tenancies for as long as possible by identifying risks and providing or signposting customers to services and products which will support them.
