Accounts and Audit Senior

Spencer Clarke Group are very excited to announce that we are supporting an excellent, forward-thinking accountancy firm based in Preston.

This firm is a leading North-West Accountancy practice who are known for having a friendly and supportive team culture and a wide range of clients that means that their team benefit from working with an interesting mix of industries and types of business.

Our client is seeking to expand their excellent team with an Accounts and Audit Senior within their Preston office.

The successful applicant will be technically competent with a high level of familiarity of accounting standards looking to develop through a varied and interesting client base.

We are looking for at least 5 year's experience within a general UK practice role preparing financial and management accounts for Limited companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships across a diverse group of industries, exposure to tax would also be preferable.

Audit experience is a distinct advantage however not essential to securing this position.

Alongside your keen interest in accounting, to succeed in this role you must also have the ability to communicate well at all levels to progress assignments and resolve queries and demonstrate good team working, motivation and organising skills with the ability to also work independently.
