Contracts Manager (Electrical Bias)

TS Recruitment are working with a long-standing M&E client based in the North West who are now actively recruiting a Contract Manager with an Electrical Bias.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects for values between £10,000 and £250,000.
Day to Day Duties:
Managing electrical projects and contracts.
Handling commercial aspects of projects, including procurement and financial management.
Conducting meetings with clients, conducting surveys, monitoring progress, overseeing design phases, and coordinating handover processes.
Requirements:
Experience working within a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) environment, or similar - minimum 3 years of experience.
Must hold 18th edition qualification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
