What You'll Be Doing:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be essential in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You’ll handle both preventative and reactive maintenance, always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
Your Main Tasks:
* Maintenance Work: Keep downtime to a minimum with effective PPM and fault-finding.
* Continuous Improvement: Help us improve our production processes.
* Efficient Changeovers: Ensure quick and accurate changeovers.
* Stay Safe: Follow our Health & Safety and Personal Hygiene policies.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with our production team and build great relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A time-served apprenticeship with strong electrical or mechanical maintenance skills.
Proven Skills: Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting ideally food
Proactive Mindset: Always looking for ways to make things better.
Eligibility: You must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
