Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Office Location: Manchester
Salary: £43k - £60k
A building services consultancy formed well over 20 years ago are presently looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their tight knit team in their Manchester office. The consultancy specialise within a diverse range of project types including Education, Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare buildings.
The position will involve yourself being an essential point of contact within their highly client facing consultancy. You will design the mechanical systems from the predetermined client brief, coordinating with the project design team to meet the client’s deliverables. Some further examples of duties will include undertaking the design of Mechanical Services either from a site survey or scheme report, drafting drawings, undertaking calculations using IES and the production of specifications as well as tutoring and mentoring junior staff.

- A relevant University degree or HNC / HND.
