One of the UK's largest family run construction businesses are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Based in Stirling, you will be overseeing a large affordable housing project.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing Interim Valuations with the Senior Surveyor and agreeing on payment amounts, including valuing work executed and materials on site
* Reporting to managing surveyor on job performance
* Informing Sub-Contractors of Contract variations
* Valuing variations
What you'll need:
* Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
* Ideally you will have experience working within a commercial/social housing environment
* Comfortable working on large scale social housing projects
