Bottling Field Service Engineer

We are delighted to be supporting an established business who support the drinks manufacturing companies across the UK in supplying bottling and packaging equipment. They are growing their engineering department and are seeking experienced multi-skilled engineers to join them to install and maintain the equipment across their varied client base.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Undertake commissioning installations as required by Sales and Service.
• Undertake Service visits as required.
• Undertake service package visits as outlined in package maintenance schedule.
• Undertake courtesy visits to customers as required.
• Liaise with Customer and OEM to ensure best possible outcomes at all times.
• Attend OEM sites as required for, but not limited to, machine familiarisation, resolution of issues and training.
• To adopt a “can do” solutions driven approach in all interactions.
• Act as a resource for training and technical support for Sales and Service Teams.
• Ensure all Health and Safety obligations are adhered to on site, maintaining both Customer and company standards of H&S compliance.
• Achieve key objectives set in line with the strategic aims of the business.
• Attend Supplier and Industry events, as required.
• Develop an in-depth technical understanding of the key products in the company portfolio and their application.
• Complete all job reports, timesheets and expenses etc accurately and on time.
This is a brilliant opportunity to network across all the major brands throughout the drinks industry. To become trained and specialist in the equipment that they use on site. There will be travel required and you must be flexible to do this with the needs of the business (allowances provided when staying away from home)
I am looking for time served (ideally electrical bias) with experience of maintenance across bottling or packaging industry and is a good communicator.
