Role Overview:

The role of Project Manager is responsible for management of Renewable and retrofit projects within Scotland and allocated sites within the project. This includes accountability and KPIS and project management to support the delivery for the scheme or contract.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Comply with the operational requirements of the Best Practice and Quality Procedures file to include, but not exclusively the following: -

First point of contact for the project administration, support, and operational team.

Report against program progress, identify recovery tasks, and monitor key dates.

Plan and manage Quality Management Strategy to include tasks for sign off, benchmarks, hold points, sample panels, snagging etc. and monitoring compliance therein.

Prepare information for valuations by reporting against subcontractor progress.

Plan and manage forward resource planning, orders as required and reporting on supply chain performance.

Comply with the requirements of Everwarm Environmental Policy.

Commit to undertaking necessary external and internal training courses.

Promote company image/brand including wearing appropriate dress, uniform, I.D, PPE.

Report against targeted performance measures.

Report and record complaints and queries and plan for closure/solutions.

Comply with Everwarm Quality Policy.

Work closely with Senior Managers in various disciplines.

Operate information systems to the required standard to maintain accurate and secure records.
Skills & experience:

Energy efficiency and construction experience

Management and operational delivery experience

Self-driven, results oriented with a clear focus on Health & Safety management.

Good planner and able to assess own performance & development opportunities,

Reliable, sympathetic, team player, creative, solution focused.

Well, presented, professional with a flexible approach.

Able to communicate and motivate site trades and subcontractors.

Able to implement recovery plans and manage and monitor progress therein.

Able to keep abreast of technological legislation and sociological changes and communicate to relevant personnel.

Able to use technology to program works, provide reports, and keep good site records and data.

Excellent people management skills with the ability to performance manage.

Ability to read and understand contract, specifications, drawings, letters, program, reports etc.

Adept in use of Microsoft Excel packages and ability to adapt to in-house systems

Able to work to tight deadlines and under stressful conditions.
