Dimensional Inspector
Global Recruitment have an opening for an Dimensional Inspector to join our clients well established company based in Ayr.
Rate of pay - Negotiable dependant on experience
Shifts - Monday - Friday (Dayshift)
Duties / Required experience-
* Experience of programming and operating an Aberlink CMM with 4.22 software
* Inspection of components using conventional measuring equipment and CMM to ensure they meet customers specification
* Providing the final sign-off on finished and inspected parts to designate that they are ready to get sent to the customer
* Plan and organise internal & external calibration system to make sure that it's up to date
* Carry out 1st / 10th off inspection checks at machines
* Raising and investigation of internal & external non-conformances
* Maintain quality documentation
* Processing and checking the inspection paperwork
