The Role: As a Maths teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by delivering engaging and inspiring Maths lessons. Key responsibilities include:

* Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

* Tailoring teaching methods and resources to meet the individual needs and abilities of students.

* Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel motivated to participate and succeed.

* Using a variety of teaching strategies and technologies to enhance student learning and understanding of mathematical concepts.

* Providing timely and constructive feedback to students to support their progress and development.

* Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning within the Maths department.

* Participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

* A degree in Mathematics or a related field.

* Previous experience teaching Maths at Key Stages 3, 4, and/or 5.

* Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.

* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

* Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the wider life of the school community.
