Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to its clients.
This is a temporary position, working Monday - Friday only. The hourly rate is £11.54 per hour and is located in Banbury.

Calling customers who didn't complete their purchase
Trying to get customers to complete their purchase by building rapport
Closing the deal with customers
Providing excellent customer serviceKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
Passion for sales is required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Good customer service is required
The ability to work towards targets and remain determined
