Join an established market-leading retailer, specialising in their field.
Our client is experiencing continued growth and is seeking driven and passionate Customer Service Advisors to support their busy customer service department.
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone and live chat
Process sales and purchase orders with efficiency
Manage delivery dates to meet customer expectation
Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with colleagues when necessarySkills/Experience:
Prior experience in a Customer Service environment
Excellent written and verbal English
Good organisational skills
Polite and friendly manner
