Our client is a well-established, leading provider of insurance who are growing their high street presence by opening a new location in Royal Tunbridge Wells.
The role of the Insurance Branch Manager is to oversee and drive performance of the Account Executives. Applicants must have previous experience working within Insurance sales, great knowledge of KPI's and general targets and able to provide leadership to others.

Seeking candidates with referenceable experience within the insurance industry. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling insurance policies and services to prospective customers over the phone as well as in branch. This is a crucial role in growth strategy by identifying customer needs, providing expert advice, and closing sales.

Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells
Salary: Competitive base salary between 35-40k depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
CII is preferred.
Previous referenceable experience within a similar Insurance role.
Up to date knowledge of Insurance rules and regulations.
Must have previous experience within the insurance industry from within the last 2 years.

You Will
Manage, direct, and monitor insurance activities and overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximise performance.
Oversee the operations of the branch and ensure rules and regulations are adhered to.
Manage resources and staff.
Develop and attain sales goals.
General administration of all insurance provisions.
Effective liaison support and assistance with the whole organisation.
Conduct outbound telesales to potential customers alongside Account Executives.
Identify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow up.
Present and promote Insurance policies and services to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and services.
Delivering excellent customer service and grow the branches revenues.
You Need

Handle rejections and not allow them to affect your work.
