ROLE
* Team Involvement to Prepare and Coordinate Daily Activities in the QC Laboratory as Relates to Analysis of Samples
* Maintain Safety Records and Material Safety Data Sheets
* Maintain Good Hygiene and Housekeeping
* Effective Communication with Other Departments
* Check and Report on Analytical Results
* Investigate Failures and Undertake Corrective Action
* Product Release Testing
* Analytical Method Development/Transfer, Validation and Report Writing
* Conduct Trouble-Shooting Investigations
* Input to the Authorship of SOP’s
* Ability to Assume Responsibility for Day-to-Day Running of the Laboratory
* Opportunities for Involvement in Different Internal Projects
REQUIRED
* Minimum Science Based A-Levels to a Satisfactory Grade with HND or Degree Qualifications Preferred
* Experienced in HPLC Analysis and Methodology, LC-MS, UPC2 or ICP Experience Beneficial
* Minimum of 2-3 Years Quality Control or Research and Development Laboratory Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical or Food Industry
* Experience in Method Development/Transfer and Validation Beneficial
