Class 1 Personnel are working with a national client to recruit a Weekend Chef to work in a Care Home in Royston in Hertfordshire. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established client, working weekends only hours.
  
Main Duties

 Cooking meals for Care Home Residents
Knowledge of allergens is required.
Be a dependable, committed and a team player.
To have high hygiene standards and be focused on food safety.
To carefully monitor stocks, staffing levels, portion control, quality, etc
To personally observe measures relating to health and safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements
To work within the COSHH and Safer Food Better Business Guidelines and supervise the keeping of such logs and records as many be deemed necessary. 
 
Uniform requirements will be Chef whites and knives, previous experience of Cooking for large numbers is required.
You will need to have an enhanced DBS with relevant checks to be considered for this role.
Working Saturday and Sunday 08:00 to 14:00. we can offer a salary of £17.50 ph. This role is being offered on a temp basis.
