We are Rework. A specialist recruitment squad partnering with the white-collar construction sector.

We have knocked the traditional 360 model on the head and created a blueprint to make recruitment better. Recruitment Reworked.

In our model, we don’t employ recruitment consultants. We employ Client Development Managers, Account Managers and Networkers.

And these aren’t just bullshit job titles to tick a box – each role literally does what it says on the tin, while working together to deliver an all-encompassing recruitment solution to our customers.

As part of this growth/development, we are on the hunt for our next Account Manager.

Our Account Managers are relationship builders. They are the conduit between clients and candidates. Managing the day-to-day recruitment process, our Account Managers oversee multiple assignments at any one time and work closely with clients to understand and refine their hiring process, pre-empt their resourcing needs and improve their fill rates.

The Account Manager role is the closest position we have to a traditional 360 recruitment consultant (in that they work with both candidates and clients) but this role is far more consultative, with a complete focus on quality of service and delivery without getting bogged down in all aspects of a 360 role.

That being said, it would likely suit somebody working in a 360 capacity who enjoys putting deals together, managing clients and working with candidates but who doesn’t want to focus on new business development or resourcing candidates from scratch (our Client Development / Networker divisions will handle this).

Key attributes of an Account Manager:

Results Driven, Self-Confident, Consultative, Collaborative, Self-Motivated, Competitive, Fast-Paced, Organised, Enthusiastic.

Experience working in the recruitment sector is going to be imperative.

Experience within the construction sector would be beneficial.
