What are we looking for?

We're searching for an outstanding People Manager who can boost team performance, productivity, and wellbeing. The Operations Manager has direct line management responsibilities for the Operations and Delivery team across numerous offices. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the team and contract operates smoothly and effectively. You will need to demonstrate;

* Previous Managerial experience in Welfare to work/Employability.

* Previous experience in People Management (supporting, coaching, and developing others).

* The ability to drive a team to achieve performance targets.

* Show “Customer First” values and drive them amongst your teams.

* Ability to travel across the Kent region.

Previous experience of supporting people with a range of barriers into work is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from all candidates who are passionate about changing the lives of others.
